Thomas Howard is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategist with extensive experience in business management and marketing. As Co-Founder of CrossFit 404 since February 2013 and Founder at MemberClicks since August 2012, Thomas has a strong background in corporate strategy development. Thomas served as President & CEO of MemberClicks from October 1998 to August 2011, where responsibilities included initial feasibility analysis and leading a seven-person leadership team. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of Director of Marketing Communications at IVEX Corporation, where strategic marketing plans were devised for new products. Earlier career experiences include an internship at American Airlines and a General Manager role at Allen-Culton, Inc., where a new operating division was launched. Thomas holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Public Relations and Marketing from The University of Alabama.
