Ivan Babic has over a decade of experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at CrossEngage since October 2017, where leadership of cross-functional development and SRE teams has led to optimized infrastructure and cost reductions. Previously, Ivan held roles as Director of Product Management and Head of Customer Operations at CrossEngage, focusing on aligning product strategy with business goals and building successful customer operations teams. Prior experience includes positions at Target as a Senior DevOps Engineer and various roles at LittleFe, Bootable Cluster CD, and Earlham College, where Ivan contributed to advancements in computational clusters, software development, and computer science education. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Politics from Earlham College, along with additional studies at esteemed institutions such as Imperial College London and participation in the Iceland TnCIS Summer Study Abroad Program.
