Natalie Rigoglioso is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in operational management. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at CrossCountry Consulting since January 2015, Natalie oversees HR compliance procedures and provides high-level operational support to the Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as an Operations Supervisor at Thinking Organized, LLC from November 2012 to January 2015, where responsibilities included developing client relationships and maximizing office efficiency while managing over 150 clients annually. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Operations Coordinator at Rocket Learning from August 2010 to October 2012, where Natalie handled various analytical and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Natalie holds a BSBA in Marketing from the American University - Kogod School of Business and previously attended The Catholic University of America from 2006 to 2008.
