Jay Lufkin is a seasoned professional in the consulting field, currently serving as Associate Director at CrossCountry Consulting since December 2011. Jay has held several progressive roles within the firm, including Exp. Managing Consultant, Managing Consultant, and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Associate at KPMG in 2011, and founding Jason Lufkin, LLC, where Jay served as Founder/CEO from 2009 to 2011. Jay also gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at The Siegfried Group LLP and KPMG LLP from 2004 to 2009. Educationally, Jay earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 2004.
