Mridul Banik is an experienced AI Software Engineer currently at Crosscheck Networks, Inc since December 2023, specializing in developing advanced APIs and optimizing large language models through techniques such as finetuning, automation, and innovative system architecture. Prior to this role, Mridul served as a Machine Learning Engineer at Leela AI, where performance upgrades were achieved in object detection models. Additionally, Mridul has held academic positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University and has extensive software engineering experience from roles in Apurba Technologies Ltd and BRAC Institute of Educational Development. Mridul holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from BRAC University.
