Sheryl Eagle is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic business partnering and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cross River since September 2023, Sheryl previously held significant roles at Mastercard from August 2014 to August 2023 as Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Human Resources. In this capacity, Sheryl led HR operations in collaboration with the International Marketing & Communications leadership team, focusing on employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management. Prior to Mastercard, Sheryl was with Western Union from March 2006 to March 2014, where as Director of HRBP for North America Sales and Technology & Operations, Sheryl managed an agile HR team supporting over 700 employees and implemented a comprehensive talent assessment process. Sheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
