Raymond Tong is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Cronos Labs since January 2023, Raymond specializes in DeFi, NFT, and Web3 technologies. Prior roles include Director of Engineering and Tech Lead at Crypto.com, Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse's Investment Solutions Group, and Technical Lead at CLSA, focusing on market connectivity and risk management. Earlier in the career, positions included Platform Engineer at Noble Group, Java Specialist at UBS Investment Bank, and Senior Software Engineer at NetDimensions. Raymond holds a 1st Class BEng (Hons) in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick, earned between 2002 and 2005.
