Dalbir Singh Nanua currently serves as the DGM HR at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dalbir Singh held the position of National Manager - Head Talent Acquisition at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd from April 2022 to May 2023, overseeing talent acquisition processes for various functions across India. From February 2017 to March 2022, Dalbir Singh was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Holcim, managing talent acquisition and employee lifecycle in both India and the UK. Earlier experience includes roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. as Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition, Ericsson as Talent Acquisition Officer, Capgemini as Talent Acquisition Specialist, and HD Dimension as Sourcing Specialist - Talent Acquisition. Dalbir Singh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta, completed between 2003 and 2006, and a similar degree from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education from 2001 to 2003.
