Rashi Rekhan currently serves as a Strategy Manager at Croma since June 2023. Previously, Rashi worked as a Consultant at EY from May 2021 to April 2023, and as a Marketing Strategy Intern with Tata Administrative Services (TAS) in April 2020, contributing to sustainability initiatives in Tata Steel Limited and receiving an Exceptional Achiever rating. Rashi's early career includes roles as an Associate Member for Corporate Relations and Placements at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, a Research Assistant at Nielsen, and a Sales and Marketing Intern at TruckHall. Rashi holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi (2019-2021) and a BBA from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata (2015-2018).
