Prakash Singh is currently a Customer Service Specialist - CSD at Croma since February 2021. Prior to that, Prakash worked at Future Group India from June 2018 to February 2021 as a Customer service desk at Big bazaar Dhanbad. Prakash is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA with a concentration in Customer Relationship Management at P. K. ROY MEMORIAL COLLEGE, Dhanbad since April 2020.
