Kaustubh Kawale possesses a strong background in quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as Quality Assurance-AI_FQS (LHA & SHA) at Croma since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager and Senior Engineer in Supplier Quality Assurance at Western Refrigeration Pvt Ltd from August 2019 to November 2022, and as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd from March 2018 to July 2019. Kaustubh began the career as a Quality Engineer at Videocon Industries Ltd from March 2016 to February 2018. An educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Darda Institute of Engineering & Technology (2011-2015), a Post Graduate Diploma in Product & Tool Design from MIT Skills Pune (2015-2016), and an MBA in Manufacturing Management from MIT Aurangabad (2016-2018).
