Kamal Kumar has extensive experience in logistics and warehouse management. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Croma since June 2022, Kamal oversees daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outward processes, inventory management, Kaizen setup, daily cycle counts, physical inventory counts, team handling, and 5S maintenance. Prior to this role, Kamal worked at Delhivery as an Assistant Team Lead from June 2016 to June 2022, managing a team of 20-25 field executives and handling first and last-mile operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer escalations and service issues. Kamal began the career at Gojavas in April 2015 as a Team Lead, gaining foundational leadership skills in logistics.
