Sophie de Nadaillac has extensive experience in finance and strategic development, currently serving as a member of the Executive Committee at CroissancePlus since March 2012. Concurrently, Sophie holds the position of Head of Development and Strategy at Lazard Frères Gestion since January 2007, focusing on private management, institutional clients, and distribution in France and internationally. Prior to these roles, Sophie worked in Mergers and Acquisitions consulting at Lazard from June 1995 to December 2006. Educational qualifications include a degree in Finance from HEC Paris and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Taxation from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
