Brett Sonnenschein has a diverse range of work experience in the creative services field. Starting in 1994, Brett worked as a Studio Production Manager at Electric Crayon, where they tracked jobs and supervised the art and production departments. From 1996 to 1999, they worked at Oxford University Press as a Designer/Production Designer, overseeing book and ad production for the ESL/ELT department. At Workman Publishing from 1999 to 2000, Brett served as an Assistant Prepress Supervisor, setting up master pages and style sheets for graphic book and catalog projects.
In 2000, Brett joined Morgan Stanley as a Production Artist, producing brochures, posters, and CD labels. Brett also collaborated with internal clients to redesign newsletters. From 2002 to 2005, Brett worked as a Production Artist at Cossette, designing and producing ads for magazines and newspapers. Brett also created templates, comps, and presentation materials for client and new business pitch presentations.
Joining Digitas in 2005, Brett served as a Senior Production Designer, managing and executing national advertising campaigns for major clients. Brett collaborated with the art director and production department, overseeing projects from concept to execution. Notably, Brett managed and produced a national advertising campaign for Delta and American Express with versions created for over 40 newspapers and business journals.
From 2012 to 2017, Brett worked at Coach as a Studio Artist, delivering comprehensive creative services to clients and creating print and digital collateral in multiple languages. Brett also advised the creative team on modifications and improvements and created store construction hoardings.
As a freelancer since 2011, Brett has provided comprehensive creative services to clients. Brett has created print and digital collateral, advised the creative team on modifications, and adhered to individual branding and image parameters.
Most recently, Brett joined the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation in 2018 as the Associate Director of Creative Services. In this role, they direct the design and production of nationwide fundraising programs and supervises the creation of collateral and rebranding for the Foundation's largest fundraising program, Take Steps. Brett has also designed over 100 pieces of marketing material and event signage.
