Shannon Mortimer, MS, HRM, Certified PI Analyst, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Croda since October 2024. Previously, Shannon held the role of HR Divisional Director for Information Technologies and Strategic Budget & Finance at the University of Delaware, where impactful strategic HR initiatives were implemented, including a pioneering employee engagement survey. With a robust HR background, Shannon has also worked as a Senior HR Manager at WuXi Biologics, directing recruitment and training efforts, and as a Senior Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Infosys BPM, managing HR strategies for over 1,000 employees. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager positions at Chatham Financial, Martin Brower, Sun East Federal Credit Union, and Topp Portable Air, where Shannon ensured HR compliance across multiple regions and contributed to organizational growth. Educational qualifications include an MS in Strategic Leadership and a BA in Political Science from Neumann University, along with additional certifications in contact tracing and organizational leadership.
