Harpreet Kaur has a work experience that spans across three companies. They started their career in 2009 as a Laboratory Technician at Evonik, where they worked until 2012. Following this, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Formulation Scientist from 2012 to 2015. Lastly, they joined Croda in 2015 and held two roles: Application Scientist from 2015 to 2018, and later became the Lead Application Scientist in 2018 (end date unspecified).

Harpreet Kaur completed their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry from Rutgers University in 2009. Harpreet then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they completed in 2011.
