Guillaume Douillet is an experienced professional in the specialty chemicals industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Croda France since May 2013, where oversight includes a cross-functional team encompassing Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Prior roles at Croda include General Sales Manager and Country Sales Manager for Personal Care, Health Care, and Crop Protection. Previous experience includes sales management positions at INNOSPEC and BASF, as well as a progression of roles at COGNIS Care Chemicals, culminating in Sales Account Manager. Guillaume also held leadership positions at COSMETIC RHEOLOGIES, SNF FLOERGER, and started the career as a Sales Assistant at RHODIA.
