Tony Lim is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in managing information technology across various sectors. Currently serving as the Regional IT Director for Crocs Asia since February 2012, Tony oversees IT operations in seven territories. Prior to this, Tony held the position of Deputy Director for Technology Solutions at NVPC, where responsibilities included IT application rollouts for Singapore-based charities. Previously, Tony was the Head of Business Systems at Creative Technology Ltd, focusing on enterprise system implementations, particularly the Oracle eBusiness Suite. Earlier career roles included consulting for Fourth Shift in South Asia and managing IT for Elbiru Electronics. Tony holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Texas Tech University and is a graduate of St Paul's Institution.
