Kazim Sahin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and management roles. Currently serving as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and CTO at Crm Akademi since December 2012, Kazim has also acted as Director of Consultancy Services and R&D. Previous roles include Instructor at Ozyegin University, where Kazim taught a Customer Relationship Management course, and Senior CRM Solution Architect at Microsoft MEA. Key earlier positions include IT Project Manager at AKBANK, overseeing technology transformation projects, and Dynamics CRM Group Manager at Tradesoft Business Solutions, leading a consultancy division. Kazim's career began with significant contributions at TSK (Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri) as a Software Officer and as a Co-Founder & EMV Consultant at Cardtek. Kazim holds a BSc in Control and Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, graduating fourth in the class.
