Melinda Ebbs has a strong work history starting in 1990 as a Staff Accountant at PGA Tour - TPC Piper Glenn. Melinda then moved on to become an Accounting Manager at White Knight Engineered Products, Inc. in 1992, where they held the position until 2001. In the same year, they became the Director of Human Resources at CritiCore Protective Wear, a role they currently hold.

Melinda Ebbs holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Wingate University. Melinda has also obtained the PHR certification from SHRM.
