Alan Lacey, LEED AP, serves as the Pre-Construction Manager at Critical Project Services since June 2020. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Estimator and Pre-Construction Manager at HJD Capital from 2011 to June 2020, and Senior Estimator positions at Weston Solutions, Inc. from 2008 to 2011 and Yates Construction from 2007 to 2008. Alan began a career in estimating with positions at Structure Tone from 2004 to 2007, Bovis Lend Lease from 2000 to 2002, and Morse Diesel International from 1996 to 1998. Alan holds a degree from Mount St. Mary's University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
