Alison Wechman, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Talent Management and Development at Critical Project Services since January 2025. Prior to this role, Alison held the position of Director of Talent Management at NCH Corporation from September 2016 to January 2025, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Development, Performance Management, and Associate Engagement while implementing initiatives to enhance employment branding and onboarding practices. Previous experience includes serving as Manager of Talent Development at Pier 1 Imports, where Alison led a team to address talent development needs, and roles at PeopleAnswers and Associated Equipment Distributors, focusing on training and professional education. Alison holds a Master’s degree in Human Services & Counseling with a focus on Adult Learning, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English from DePaul University.
