John Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. John began their career as an Account Manager at Trifecta Entertainment in 1994 before moving on to Xspedius Communications as an Account Executive in 2001. At Xspedius Communications, they successfully generated over $1 million in new revenue annually. Following this, they held the position of Director of Business Development at Concept Technology, Inc. from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they utilized their skills and knowledge to drive business growth.
From 2006 to 2009, John worked as a Sr. Account Manager at echo, Ticketmaster's digital marketing agency. Here, they directed marketing campaigns for globally recognized artists and corporate brands, achieving significant success such as selling 3,000 CDs at 3 times the price in less than 30 days for Dierks Bentley's Greatest Hits album.
In 2009, John joined cj Advertising as a Brand Manager where they managed client relationships and helped grow their budgets by 42%. Finally, they served as an Account Manager at Critical Mass from 2011 to the present, playing a crucial role in various initiatives and content creation for Nissan North America's digital property. Additionally, they launched and managed Critical Mass’s Hong Kong office, overseeing digital content, user experience, and best practices for global accounts.
John Cooper has a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications and Psychology from Western Kentucky University. John also attended Father Ryan High School for their high school education.
