Javier Olivares has a strong background in the creative industry, primarily working at Critical Mass. Javier started their career as an intern designer at the company in 2013 and later progressed to various roles. Javier served as a senior designer from 2014 to 2018 before transitioning to the position of art director from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 until 2021, they held the role of senior art director, and in April 2021, they were promoted to associate creative director, where they currently work.

Javier Olivares attended Alberta University of the Arts, where they pursued a degree in Visual Communication Design with a focus on Advertising and Graphic Design.
