Elder Hernandez is an experienced MES consultant and Functional Leader currently employed at Critical Manufacturing since June 2020. Prior roles include working as an I4.0 Researcher and Consultant at INESC Technology and Science from February 2018 to May 2020, where contributions encompassed research and consultancy projects focused on industry 4.0 initiatives, as well as a Master Thesis centered on Product-Service Systems in Maintenance and Production Planning. Previous experience also includes a role as Plant Production Control and Logistic Improvement Coordinator at Faurecia in Hungary, with prior internship experience in the automotive sector. Elder Hernandez holds multiple degrees, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Master’s in Service Engineering and Management, a Master’s in Economics and Business Administration, and an Integrated Master's in Mechanical Engineering, with further education in Spain.
