Damir Silic, P.Eng has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Damir began their career in 2010 as an Electrical Engineer (EIT) with SNC-Lavalin Engineers & Constructors on the Wasit Gas Plant in Saudi Arabia. In the same year, they joined Jacobs Engineering as an Electrical Engineer (EIT) on the Suncor Wellpads Program. In 2014, Damir joined Connacher Oil and Gas Ltd as a Project Manager, Major Projects, P.Eng, Facility Engineer, P.Eng, and Project Electrical Engineer EIT. In 2020, they were appointed Director of Operations and Director, Product Services at Critical Control Technologies.

Damir Silic obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary in 2009. Damir also holds a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) certification from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
