Heather Houston is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account strategy and client management across various organizations. Currently serving as Team Lead for Account Strategy at Criteo since March 2022, Heather manages a team focused on scalable solutions for over 900 accounts and has implemented effective outreach tracking methods. Previously, at PowerChord, Inc., Heather held roles as Sr. Client Strategist and Sr. Account Manager, where strategic leadership was provided to drive growth for diverse accounts. Significant achievements also include strategic partnerships at Triad Retail Media, key account management with major clients, and early career roles in advertising and account management at Universal Orlando and The Zimmerman Agency. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Florida State University.
