Elsa Valdivia Perez is an experienced school counselor currently serving at Cristo Rey San José Jesuit High School & Corporate Work Study Program since July 2022. Prior to this role, Elsa worked as a college counselor at New Village Girls Academy from June 2018 to June 2022 and at Leadership Public Schools from July 2017 to June 2018. Earlier career experience includes positions as a success guide at Chaffey College and various school counseling internships at De Anza Middle School and Buena Vista Continuation High School. Elsa's foundation in education includes a Master of Arts in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Humboldt State University. Currently, Elsa is pursuing a Certificate in Educational Therapy at UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
