Ludovic Brasset began their work experience in 2007 at EUROSUGAR, where they served as the Sales Director Industry until 2009. In 2010, they joined Cristalco as the Chief Industry and Export Officer, later becoming the Head of Feed in May 2023.

Ludovic Brasset's education history begins in 1987 when they enrolled at Agro Nancy Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie et des Industries Alimentaires de Nancy. Ludovic pursued a degree in Agronomy and completed their studies in 1990. After that, in 1990, they joined the EDHEC Business School for a Master's degree in Management and Quality, which they completed in 1991.
