Sheila Boyce is a seasoned professional in engineering and validation within the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering and Validation at CRISPR Therapeutics since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager at Sarepta Therapeutics, where responsibility involved technology transfer and manufacturing support, and as Sr. Director of Engineering at Histogenics Corporation, overseeing clean room validation and maintenance. Additional roles at Sanofi Genzyme and Genzyme Corporation highlight expertise in process engineering, regulatory compliance, and project management for large-scale manufacturing. Sheila also contributed as an Industrial Advisor for Northeastern University’s BioEngineering Industrial Advisory board and earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
