Toby Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and informatics sectors. As a Cofounder, President, and CEO of Denovium Inc. from August 2018 to January 2021, Toby led innovative initiatives. Prior to that, from July 2006 to August 2018, Toby served as Vice President of Informatics and Information Technology at Synthetic Genomics. Toby's career also includes a significant role as Principal Scientist at Diversa Corporation from March 1997 to July 2006 and a postdoctoral position at The Scripps Research Institute from January 1991 to March 1997. Academic credentials include a PhD in Drug Metabolism and a BSc in Biochemistry, both obtained from the University of Surrey, alongside foundational education at Cheshunt School.
