Carter P. currently serves as a Support Analyst at CRISP Shared Services, having joined in October 2023. Prior to this, Carter worked as a Product Specialist at DrFirst, Inc. from November 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included troubleshooting web-based software issues, managing bug reporting in Jira and Zendesk, and providing VIP support for partner/vendor help desks. From January 2017 to November 2021, Carter managed trade show and farmers market booths for Goodness Gracie Gourmet Foods, engaging with thousands of customers and handling multiple transactions in high-traffic environments. Carter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Science, Technology, and Society from North Carolina State University, obtained in 2020.
