Matthew Spar currently serves as the General Manager at CRISP & GREEN® since April 2021. Previously, Matthew held multiple culinary management roles at Topgolf from August 2018 to October 2021, including Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef. Other experience includes Kitchen Manager at 9 Iron Bar and Grill from November 2016 to May 2018, and Kitchen Manager at Heartland Hockey Camp, which operates seasonally from May 2014 to May 2017. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Framer at Holst Construction from May 2013 to October 2016, with breaks during the summer season for other employment. Matthew is an alumnus of Concordia College.
