Ben Ridley-Johnson currently serves as a Senior Policy Officer at Crisis, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Ben held the role of Principal Policy Officer at London Councils from October 2022 to December 2024. Prior to this, experience includes multiple positions at Sanctuary, such as Operations Manager, Housing Services Manager, and Area Manager, with responsibilities focused on leading housing operations and managing teams in East and Central London. Early career roles include positions at Colne Housing Society and the University of Cambridge, complemented by internships at Wellcome Trust and Queens' College. Ben holds a Master of Philosophy in Early Modern History and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge.
