Dyana Thompson is a seasoned professional in the fields of crisis management, mental health, and victim assistance with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Global Professional Instructor at Crisis Prevention Institute since September 2022, Dyana also functions as a NOVA Trainer for the National Organization for Victim Assistance since July 2014, focusing on training volunteers in community response.
