Brittanie Hogan currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Crisis Center for South Suburbia since October 2024. Prior to this role, Brittanie was the Senior Manager of Global People Operations at Heyday, where global HR strategy and multi-country compliance were primary responsibilities. Experience with Nordstrom includes positions as HRIS Supervisor, overseeing a team in payroll and benefits administration, and HRIS Specialist, focusing on post-acquisition HR processes. Earlier roles involved significant HR functions at Nordstrom Trunk Club, Crowther Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., and R. Booe & Son Hardwoods, Inc. Brittanie's foundational experience includes an internship with the U.S. House of Representatives and customer service roles at Old National Bank and Texas Roadhouse. Brittanie holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Loyola University Chicago.
