Paul Fletcher has extensive leadership experience, serving as Chair for multiple organizations, including Greater Share, Kensington Aldridge Academy, Systemiq Capital, and Greenwood Place since 2021, and Crisis Action since 2016. Previously, Paul Fletcher held the position of Chairperson at Teach For All until 2022 and spent over a decade as Chairman of LeadersQuest until 2017. Additionally, Paul Fletcher was a Senior Partner at Actis from 2004 to 2015 and has been a member of the Board at Crisis Action since 2016. Educationally, Paul Fletcher earned a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Oxford between 1974 and 1977, following attendance at Douai School from 1969 to 1973.
