Nishant Mittal is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in business development and equity derivatives trading. Currently serving as a Director of Business Development at CRISIL since April 2012, Nishant previously held senior roles at HSBC Bank USA from August 2001 to December 2011, including Senior Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed client facilitation in equity options, managing structured product inventories, and overall risk management. Nishant has also contributed to the establishment of trading desks and the development of trading strategies across various roles, including as an Analyst in both Interest Rate and Credit Derivatives. Nishant holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BTech in Textiles from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
