Kim Augustine is an experienced leader in pharmacovigilance, currently serving as the Director of Pharmacovigilance Sciences at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kim held similar positions at Radius Health, Inc., where responsibilities included managing pharmacovigilance processes, safety surveillance of products, and training for CRO vendors. Kim's extensive background spans various roles at prominent pharmaceutical companies such as Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies and Shire Pharmaceuticals, where contributions included oversight of post-marketing safety activities and compliance with global regulations. Kim's educational foundation includes a Diploma in Nursing from Allentown Hospital School of Nursing, a Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health Technology from Drexel University, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Montgomery County Community College.
