Chris Gros is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent management and leadership. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Crimson Phoenix, Chris has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Talent at NT Concepts and Senior Associate at Toffler Associates. Prior experience includes work as an Associate and Senior Policy Analyst/Writer at Booz Allen Hamilton. Chris also served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included being the Site Commander for the Marine Corps Reserve Training Center in Great Lakes, Illinois.
