Ronnel Matawaran, MCP, has been a dedicated Associate IT Support Engineer at DBA Global Shared Services, Inc. since September 2017, specializing in VPN, server and firewall management, network management, support management, Office 365, and domain control management. Previously, Ronnel served as an MIS Officer at Ellick BPO Solutions Inc. and worked as an IT Specialist/Programmer at Technodream Web Works, where a strong foundation in both software applications and computer hardware was established. Early experience includes a technical support role at Pinnacle Technologies Inc. during the World Economic Forum on East Asia, and an OJT position at Noble Trends Unbound, Inc. Ronnel holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Baguio, obtained in 2014.
