Matthias Janda has over two decades of experience in the data and customer support sectors. Since October 2007, Matthias has held various managerial roles at CRIF Austria, currently serving as the Regional Head of Self Inquiry for the German and Austrian markets and previously overseeing Data Request and Data Processing. Prior to CRIF, Matthias spent six years at T-Mobile Austria, where responsibilities included coordinating business user support and working in customer care services. Matthias began the professional career at IBM from 1996 to 2000.
