Roland Holder has extensive experience in cricket management, having served as Senior Manager at Cricket West Indies since October 2018 and Manager of the Operations Department at the West Indies Cricket Board since October 2012. Prior to these roles, Holder was the Acting Manager of Operations and Senior Project Officer at West Indies Cricket Board Inc. from October 2010 to September 2012, as well as a Cricket Operations Officer from October 2008 to September 2010. Holder holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Liverpool Online Programmes and a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. Early education was completed at Combermere School from 1979 to 1987.
