Philip Service is an experienced professional currently serving as the Territorial Development Officer for Jamaica at the West Indies Cricket Board Inc. since January 2012. In addition to this role, Philip has been a Parish Councillor with the Trelawny Parish Council since December 2007, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to community development and governance.
