Javed Persaud currently serves as a Coordinator and Reporting Analyst at ENet (E-Networks) since January 2022, focusing on data analysis to identify trends, prepare presentations, and facilitate communication across departments. In addition, Javed has been an Umpire for Cricket West Indies since August 2013. Previously, Javed held the role of Reporting Analyst at Teleperformance from April 2019 to August 2021, where tasks included monitoring operations and tracking call volumes to optimize staff utilization. Before that, Javed worked at Qualfon from August 2010 to January 2019 as both a Database Analyst and Call Management System Analyst, responsible for enhancing customer and employee experiences through effective resource management and scheduling in a contact center environment.
