Donald La Guerre is a seasoned Mental Skills Coach with extensive experience in enhancing athletic performance under pressure, currently leading DLG Sport Psych since July 2009. La Guerre has served as a Mental Skills Coach for various teams under Cricket West Indies, including the Senior Men's team and the ICC Women's World Cup Champions. Prior to these roles, La Guerre was a Youth Development Officer at the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs, focusing on empowering the youth of Trinidad and Tobago. Additional positions include Project and Web Content Manager for the British Council, and Mental Skills Coach at the Ministry of Sport, where La Guerre worked on developing strategies for elite athletes. With a Master's degree in Sport Psychology from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University, La Guerre has developed a comprehensive skill set in sport psychology and performance enhancement.
