Regina Bivek has extensive experience in leadership and talent development, currently serving as the Director of Global Leadership Development and Director of Enterprise Talent Development at CRH since January 2018. Prior roles at CRH Americas include Project Manager for Talent Management and Executive Assistant to senior leadership, which involved responsibilities in leadership program design and talent review processes. Regina’s career began in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Scheduler for Congressmen John E. Peterson and Denny R. Regina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Delaware.
