Juliana Bastos is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in controlling, finance management, and internal controls across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Controlling for Europe IT at CRH since September 2021, Juliana previously held various leadership roles at CRH Brasil, including Finance Director and Senior Manager for Information Technology and Internal Controls. With a foundational background in accounting, tax, and reporting from Lafarge Brasil S.A., and earlier positions at MWM International and Lider Aviation, Juliana has cultivated expertise in operational controllership, financial project management, and compliance. Juliana's educational credentials include an ongoing MBA in Global Finance from Ibmec, alongside bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from PUC Minas and Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, respectively.
