Ellen Basting is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in overseeing and managing projects at CRH since July 2017, leading teams of up to 25 members. Previously, as a Senior P2P Process Specialist, Ellen played a pivotal role in the successful design and implementation of an automated invoice-to-pay system, processing 250,000 invoices annually, along with conducting training for 145 users. Ellen also served as a Category Development Analyst, enhancing the use of SAP Ariba in multiple countries. Prior experience includes procurement roles at The Dow Chemical Company, contributing to SAP ECC implementation and developing training programs, alongside earlier positions in hospitality management. Ellen holds a Project Management Professional certification, a Diploma in Procurement & Supply, and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration.
