Crystal Mistretta currently serves as Vice President of Solutions Operations at CRH, leading the Solutions Operations team and supporting the implementation of market solutions selling teams while developing sales tools and technology. Prior to joining CRH in January 2024, Crystal held the role of Vice President of Marketing and Sales Enablement at Hubbell Incorporated from 2010 to January 2024, where responsibilities included building an enterprise marketing team and enhancing brand identity. Crystal also served as Director of Marketing and Communications for Hubbell Utility Solutions, where a marketing team was established to position the company as a leader in the electric utility market. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Marketing at Taylor, Bean & Whitaker and as Advertising and Brand Manager at Emdeon Practice Services. Educational qualifications encompass an MBA and a BS in Business from the University of Phoenix, along with advanced training in brand strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and leadership from Emory University's Executive Education program.
